Teams of 4 cars from any of these marques/categories plus ANY Pre-War Cars will be eligible to score points for their Team against the equivalent Team from the other side of the Atlantic. NB Team membership is optional – you do not have to be in a Team or representing a specific marque in order to participate in Speed Week. Racing returns to Nassau!

Racing will return to Nassau for the first time in nearly 50 years with the running of a Formula Junior race – who will be back racing on the island a full 50 years after their last race there – and a Classic/Vintage Mini race. In order to make this happen, the Organisers are offering an attractive package for the owners of these cars who enter before 1 July and entries for each of these races will be restricted to 12 – please contact Entrant Coordinator Carol Mason for further details.

Exciting news about our circuit

Work started last week on the resurfacing and widening of the Circuit. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Works Philip ‘Brave’ Davies is committed to finishing this work for Speed Week. We intend to run small batches of cars starting together, four or possibly six at a time, in ‘Demonstration Races’. The Competitive Element will still be Single Cars against the clock but, due to the extended nature of the Circuit, will be held as a Pursuit Sprint with cars starting at ten second intervals.
